1. Who we are

Domela Baby Prep is sold by [trader name and address to be added]. Email: hello@domela.app.

2. What you get

Personal access for one household to the Domela Baby Prep list and tools on the web, including updates, for at least two years from purchase. Please don't share your login or copy the list for others.

3. Price

£4.99, one-off. No subscription.

4. Access and your right to cancel

Access starts as soon as you pay. Before paying you ask us to start straight away and confirm you understand that you then lose your 14-day right to cancel.

5. If something's wrong

If the list doesn't work or isn't as described, tell us at hello@domela.app and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Products and prices

Products, prices and availability change. Prices show the date we last checked them. Always check with the retailer before you buy. We don't sell any of the products we mention.

7. Health and safety

Information is general and isn't medical advice. Follow your midwife, health visitor, GP or pharmacist, and the manufacturer's instructions, especially for car seats and sleep products.

8. Links and commissions

We link to retailers. No brand pays to be on the list. If a link ever earns us a commission, we label it, and it doesn't change what we recommend. How we choose.

9. Our responsibility

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Complaints

Email hello@domela.app. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
